SKIN RESURFACING TREATMENTS |
 |
The following treatments are for common skin problems including oily or dull skin, enlarged pores, acne scars, fine lines and wrinkles, and mild pigmentary disorders.
MEDICAL MICRODERMABRASION
This non-invasive procedure uses a precision handpiece to direct either a spray of very fine, sterile crystals or a diamond-covered disk across the surface of the skin. This gently abrades away the dry and damaged surface cell layers, leaving the skin smoother and more vibrant. Treatments are provided in a series of sessions, usually at one- to two-week intervals, and involve no patient downtime. Follow-up care may include monthly maintenance sessions.

CHEMICAL PEELS
A physician strength AHA or BHA (glycolic, lactic or fruit acid) enzyme peel treats fine lines, wrinkles, areas of dryness, uneven pigmentation and acne. These acid solutions are applied to remove the dull and damaged outer layers of the skin. Chemical peels provide refined and brighter-looking skin.

MICROPEEL
Combining a chemical peel with microdermabrasion is an extremely effective way to improve your skin’s appearance. This “micropeel” will further break down the cell walls and allow deeper penetration of nutrients and moisturizers into the skin. |
